Wildlife sightings are common but not guaranteed. Manatees are normally present in the lagoon from mid April to mid November. Availability of specific booking times is shown on the calendar.

If the tour minimum of 10 people is not met, a representative from Turtle Mound River Tours will reach out to either reschedule or refund your tour.
Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
